A rejection by a girl....... It depends if she blows you off or doesn't want to right now.

If you ask her to go out with you and she says no, maybe she's scared or is interested in another guy.

If she blows you off in a mean way, forget about her she's not worth it. If she doesn't feel comfortable give it a little time, ya never know she might come around.

But to deal with a big rejection don't think about it all the time, try to lighten yourself up by talking about it or hang'n with friends, but believe me you will find another girl probably someone better.
