Here are some tips (and trust me I know this because I am 10 years old as well)

Just be yourself, don't be someone else

try to wear cute clothes- but that doesn't mean you go shopping for a ton of new clothes! Just try to wear your cutest outfit and put a bit of lip gloss if allowed.

Act humerous, laugh at any of his jokes and try to start a conversation to know his interests. Try to make some jokes of your own too. Find things you have in common- but don't lie and try to be someone else. If they find out, they might start hating you.

Take it slow. Don't tell him staight away that you like him, he might freak out since boys don't grow up as fast as girls and the thought of someone liking him might frighten him.

Try to make friends with him and his closest friends. after you are friends and think that you can trust your crushes friend enough, tell him to tell your crush your feelings for him (if you are too scared or shy).

Those are some tips but what ever you do DON'T FLIRT, i think we're too young for that.

First you take it slow with her don't make it obvious you like her, and start hanging out with her and doing the stuff she likes to do.

2nd you start complimenting her on her looks hair and clothing not all at once though.

3rd you start flirting, not too much though, it's too much for a 10 yr old girl to handle but what I recommend is you just say hi in a soft voice.

There is no way to force two people to like each other. However, kids of that age tend to be very aware of what they do and do not like and will probably enjoy playing with someone whom they "like".

Kiss her dude! Okay so, no offence, but from experience of me being that age very recently, I have to say: IT DOESN'T MATTER. You are ten. that means that you will be going into secondary school soon, so you will break up then if you some how manage to keep together that long. Which would be a miracle. At that age, a girl won't care about who the guy is, she will just want a boyfriend. Don't worry 'bout it 'kay? It wont last anyway. I recommend going solo.
