OK... So what you can do is well, You could Scream in a pillow, Punch your pillow, Use a calming stick or toy, Anything that will calm you down will help. Some people can take bad news easily. A lot can't. For example " I'm Breaking up with you". You can totally punhc or scream in a pillow, watch a movie, Do whatever calms you down. A lot of people get upset at relationships But I always hear if you get dumped or get heart broken by them Their not good for you. Their not meant for you at all.
