Women like to hear certain things, because they tell her things about your personality and many more things about you. Women are better at social interaction than men, and it means they often know more about you than you think. This is because men do or say the wrong things. Wrong things here are things that repel women.
How to write to women? For what? It's a broad category. A formal letter, asking her out? A love letter to a woman you've been dating for a few weeks? A letter to you mother?
Because the question is not clear, the only advice that will be of any use to you is this: Speak to women in terms they understand, and respond to. This means emotional, rather than male type-logic. Don't say words like "affirmative" and pretend you're a sentient AI.
