Hope that you have potable water. Otherwise you have to use water purifier with reverse osmosis. It will remove toxic impurities. Then stored water at child care center has high chances of getting contaminated. So you have to add chlorine drops according to the instruction given on packing of drops. Usually one drop/ 3 to 4 liters. You have to wait for about one hour for chlorine drops to kill the bacteria. So you have to keep two water storage units. Water should be taken out through tap and not by putting some pot inside the container. As this is going to contaminate water. Glass should be hold from outside so that fingers should not touch the glass from inside. This will avoid transfer of infection from contaminated hands. After a child drinks a water, it will go for washing with good quality dish cleaner. Food should be served in clean plate which is washed with good quality dish washer. Child must get his hands washed with soap and water before eating.Food should be served freshly cooked and hot. In between if child need to eat then he may be given boiled eggs, roasted ground nuts, popcorn or fluffed rice and locally available fruits. Some thing must be ready at hand. It is a good practice to get the hands washed every time child eats any thing. It is a good practice to get the teeth cleaned every time with ultra-soft tooth brush, specially when child eats food with high carbohydrate contents. You need not use tooth paste every time.
