At 13, you have to follow your parent's wishes. You could try to pluck a few more hairs with tweezers, I suppose. Honestly, thick, natural brows are in style now, if you look at the style and fashion magazines. Actresses such as Brooke Shields and Jennifer Connelly have very thick brows and a bit of a unibrow themselves, and they are considered great beauties. Since your parents won't allow you to have your brows waxed, maybe that will help you. You could also try some brow-smoothing serum liquid that might "tame" your brows a bit.

Keep in mind, we are often our own worst critics, and the early teen years can be harsh. They may be telling you know because it really just is not as bad as you think (or someone might be telling you). Plucking, shaving, and other thinning methods can sometimes make the problem, if it really is a problem, even worse in the long run. Try to trust your parents. They aren't likely to make you go to school with something with something terrible growing between your eyes. In all reality, there is a good chance you are judging yourself a little too hard. Try to relax and be happy with who you are.
