Many of the silk fans would be valued at a price close to $15 each. The exact price would depend upon the exact fan and its condition.
Assuming that we are using the word "stars" to refer to celestial bodies, the most famous artist would have to be Vincent van Gogh. He painted "Starry Night" in 1889. He was a Dutch post-impressionist artist mostly noted for his paintings.
It depends on size, particular painting in question, and the name of the elephant artist.
If they have birds painted on, we might be interested in buying them... We have a yellow one with a magpie, perfect condition, we have been told it is worth around GPB 90 - 100. Philip France
Korean artist, Yi Am, is much respected, but value cannot be determined on a "picture." Paintings and prints by Yi Am would almost certainly be of value, although posters and any offset prints would just as surely not.
The value of a large painting by artist O Brantenberg would depend on several factors, including the artist's reputation, the quality of the work, and market demand. If O Brantenberg is an established artist with a significant following, the painting could be worth a considerable amount. However, if the artist is relatively unknown or the work lacks artistic merit, its value may be limited. Ultimately, an appraisal by an art expert would provide a more accurate assessment of its worth.
I also have several of Okreno's paintings, one of which he painted while we watched and added input to the painting. His name is Otto Krenak Novak and uses Okreno as his signature. I would very much like to find out additional information about this excellent artist. I am also curious as to the value of his work these days.
My guess would be Frida Kalo. I don't know exactly how many self portraits she painted but, the number 60 sounds about right.
It depends on who painted it. If I painted it it would cost $50. If it was painted by Picasso it would cost about $ 100 million.
The Laughing Cavalier was painted by Frans Hals. The name on the back will be the supplier of the print.
The artist who painted American Gothic is GRANT WOOD. He was from Iowa and there are many other examples of his work all around the country. The original, actual American Gothic canvas now resides in a museum in Chicago. Grant Wood painted American Gothic in 1930.
I would say at least €3000
As an artist, he was self-taught. He also went through 10 years of college at Stanford, Harvard and Columbia, including graduate school.. and in the end, he painted and did all things around being an artist, including teaching art classes, quite happily. So the answer would be yes, he always wanted to be an artist. He definitely found his true calling. Lucky guy.
