I have liked a guy since 6th grade and and he likes me too but now its 3rd semester of 7th and he still hasn't asked me out what should i do?

You should make a move since maybe he is shy , or just not familiar with those stuff. Make a move and break the ice between both of you , if you really like you might have let go of " boy asks girl out thing" and ask him yourself.
