Personally, I see no reason to believe that God even exists. Be that as it may, "everyone" means "everyone". If you start excluding people you don't like, then God wouldn't love "everyone". That seems quite simple.

Note that people have had a long history of doing such exclusions; i.e., of considering certain groups of people to be inferior, not worthy of God's love, not worthy of "salvation", etc. Thus, people have discriminated (and to a large extent, they still discriminate) against people of other countries, people of other races, people who speak other languages, people with handicaps, or people who have other religious beliefs (or no religious beliefs).

All of this discrimination is quite disgusting, and doing it in the name of religion doesn't make it any less disgusting. And as long as people don't do others any harm, their private lives shouldn't be of any concern to others.
