If a Muslim man gets a woman pregnant must he marry her?

Only if get married with the same man who caused her pregnancy without marriage but he should be a Muslim man. If he is not Muslim or if pregnancy is from someone else then she never can get married during pregnancy but only after her delivery of the baby.

If the pregnant woman can afford fasting without negative effects on her health, according to the advice of the physician, then she can fast Ramadan. Otherwise, she is allowed not to fast Ramadan during pregnancy but she has to compensate for the days not fasted later on when she can fast.

She is fully sinful to have the baby outside marriage and in the meantime she is not allowed to get married with a non-Muslim man.
