It would be difficult to transmit the virus in a kiss. However, lets say that you each have bleeding gums, and that you french kiss long enough to get a good amount of blood from your mouth to thiers, then you could possibly get it.

But, if you take care to not have irritated or bleeding gums, through normal and healthy oral hygien, you should be just fine. If you are going to be sucking, or otherwise heavily involved in an area that may have a lot sperm or blood around, be certain to (1) do not brush your teeth for at least an hour before the activity. (2) use a condom, when you are wondering, and (3) if you find your mouht filled with fluid, spit it out or swallow it, but do not just hold it in your mouth to find an entry spot.
