Even if they won't respond, you can always tell them you're sorry and ask if there is anything you can do to alleviate their disappointment in you or anger. While I do not know what you've done, the fact is he's ignoring you for a reason.
You must have really done something to make him mad enough to ignore you. Just tell them you're really sorry, etc. and leave it at that.
