I am not aware of any cloud monitoring software but Microsoft should have tools available for their online cloud service that shows you what your cloud usage is like.
Potential cloud adopters should examine cloud computing strategies from VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat and other vendors to find a cloud environment that fits.
Any computer website that has cloud computing on it should be able to keep you updated with news about cloud computing technology. I recommend Microsoft.

If you have internet signal you should have not problem. You should be able to use cloud computing to pull up your files from back at home.
If you want to store your items and information in a place without having the risk to ever think about losing it, you should probably store it in cloud.
You are perhaps thinking of the metallic bond. You could also describe electons in metals as a cloud.
