Depending on the age of consent in your state and that of your family. If you family wants to take it further they could, if your states maturity age is 18 because you obviously conceived under 18... Check with your state or county court house and asked the legal age of maturity.
no
That depends on the age of consent where you reside.
yes he can still get in trouble
YEs
yes you can
You better believe it! It is at least a Class one misdemeanor.
The best way to help a pregnant guinea pig is to let her be herself and let her have lots of time with the daddy/boyfriend, and keep her out of trouble.
I don't believe you can. My friend is 16 and pregnant with her 16 year old ex-boyfriend's child. There can be legal trouble. Child support, adoption, and a few other things I believe.
Yes
tell him your aborting .
No. Being pregnant/having a child does not emancipate a minor. You are still subject to your parent's rules and authority until you turn 18. And if you runaway and Boyfriend takes you in, he can get into a whole lot of legal trouble over it.
Why would you get in trouble? Like you said, the age of consent is 16!
