Well, you can fall in love with someone just by spending no more than twenty minutes with them per day. If you spend a lot of time with you friend and have a good personality, i would say yes. And if you have been in love with them for five years and havn't told them how you feel, do it now because holding in your emotions for another person is really bad for your health (and even in some circumstances can kill you, depending HOW bad you like them).
