If you're not happy at home, you might try to seek counseling from a guidance counselor or therapist. Or perhaps you could suggest your parents or the whole family seek some help in resolving issues.

It is possible for someone else to get legal custody over you. You would need a good reason. Good reasons exist. Talk to your school councilor. That person would be the place to start.

The police will most likely judge your motive for leaving home and open a case. But most likely you will loose. I did. And I hate It.
