if your having a physical relationship(sex) than yes in some states it is. if he gets you pregnant its considered concentual rape. even with the parents permission he could get in a lot of trouble. dating is fine, but i would wait a year before getting physically involved.

Perfectly legal since there are no laws regarding dating. As a minor you will need parental permission of course. There are laws regarding sex though and in order for that to be legal the minor have to have reached the age of consent in her state. It varies from 16-18 in the individual states.
