Not all kids coming from a "good" home will turn into good citizens, and not all kids coming from a broken home will turn into criminals. But more kids coming from broken homes will end up in trouble.
Well actual its the opposite because many people from broken homes mostly boys feel that there if they have children they should never go through what they've been through and promise that to themselves
Broken families can result from various situations such as divorce, abandonment, death, or separation. Some common types of broken families include single-parent families, where one parent raises the child; blended families, where parents and children from different previous relationships come together; and foster families, where children are placed in the care of temporary guardians. Each type may present unique challenges for family members to navigate and adapt to.
In 1996 it was approximately 19 million.

Not unless there is a problem in cutting them or they are decayed or broken off. They are like other molars except they come in last.

Approximately 70% of homeless and runaway children come from fatherless homes. This statistic highlights the significant impact that the absence of a father figure can have on children's stability and well-being. Various factors associated with fatherlessness, such as economic instability and lack of emotional support, contribute to the increased risk of homelessness among these youth.
I contacted a friend who's a social worker on this. The police can do it on the spot if they believe the children are in imminent danger. They will call children's services and wait there until they come to do an evaluation. IF YOU BELIEVE THE CHILDREN ARE IN DANGER. DO NOT WAIT CALL THE POLICE NOW
