No he/it is not attractive at all what so ever
not currently, but he is totally capable of having one if he doesn't shave. There are some pics with him with scruff & others with a bit of a beard. He usually shaves though, never really seems to grow it out for that long.

You scruff a ferret by holding the layer of fat that is around the back of its neck just like you scruff a cat.
The plural of scruff is scruffs. As in "he scruffs up his clothes".
a scruff of a cat is loose skin at the back of their neck. when they are kittens their mothers carry them by the scruff. you can even scruff your cat to restrain it while administering medication or grooming etc. do not carry a heavy cat around by the scruff though since its possible to injure its back.
The scruff is the back of the neck. It is not an endearing gesture.

A mother cat will pick up her kittens by the scruff of their necks.
Stubble and scruff are often used interchangeably, but they can refer to slightly different concepts. Stubble typically describes the short, coarse facial hair that grows after shaving, usually within a day or two. Scruff, on the other hand, generally refers to a more unkempt or rugged appearance of facial hair that might be longer than stubble but still not full beard length. Both terms evoke a casual, masculine look, but the specific length and grooming can vary.
