Technically yes; in some states to record / wire tap (by any means) one party would have to know like in Georgia where I am in other states, both parties must know . Note do not take any of this as actual legal advice consult with a blood sucking attorney first!! But, in cases where people are married the law seems to go out the window , I know of lots of people who recorded there wifes / or husbands and used it in a court of law to fry them in a court . Not sure of how thy get away with it but it is common , there is one such software caledl E Blaster by spector soft ; I bought a sound card turtle beach by santa cruz these slimes put a copy in with my sound card drivers, EVERYTHING but my iniatal login was packed up in a e-mail and sent to some trusting person who I am sure did nothing with or banking passwords etc (yea right) But ,I pulled down a copy of Pctools spyware doctor to trial and #$%&*@ it found it boy was I mad it took about 6 minutes to purchse and wipe this crap out, and law enforcement did nothing!!!
Yes, it is illegal to use spyware without the consent of the person being monitored. Spyware is considered a form of unauthorized surveillance and can violate privacy laws.
no
Yeah it's illegal, but not only that - it's also a great way to accidentally download viruses and spyware.
To the degree that spyware extracts information without the clear consent of the individual whose information is being extracted, it should be illegal. It is invasion of privacy and theft of information and services. Most spyware is installed without the knowledge of the user and is correctly classified as malware. Note that some companies install software that can be used to monitor employees and their use of the company computer resources. Such software could be considered "spyware" but in this case there is a significant distinction: the company has required the user to sign an "acceptable use" agreement and posted a disclaimer informing the employee that they will be subject to monitoring - thus the employee has given consent for the information to be collected. Another reason why malware like spyware should be illegal is that it consumes system CPU cycles and bandwidth, thus stealing performance from the unwitting user.
Absolutely not !! That would be fraud - which is illegal !
No
To check for spyware one can use Norton, they do regular maintenance to check spyware. Also you can use MalwareBytes, Avast, ESET smart Security. You can get Norton for free with Comcast.
The best way to get rid of spyware is to use a current anti-spyware program. It will perform a scan of the system, delete the spyware, and keep it from returning.
no
No. A wife is human when you buy a human that is slavery. It is illegal.
Its not just as easy as that. Are people ever going to put a stop on rapists..?? Spyware is illegal. If your caught using it then you are looking at a jail sentence (though this depends on what country your in).
A spysweeper or spyware detector of any kind is a great asset to anyone. Many sites contain spyware and you will not even know it's there. You would use it periodically to scan for spyware, which it will detect and delete if you so choose.
