you are used to the feeling of always beeing needed by your kids. As they grow up that "need" starts not to get smaller but the needs start to chage. Dont worry they still need you to be there for them, just in different ways. It is normal to feel that way, dont worry you are still being a good parent :), i am a therapist and a lot of parents ask me this question.
