Well, i am 11 and i think i should be able to date. I mean, nothing serious or anything. But i tell my mom and ask her for permission though i feel i should make that decision, i need a little freedom! And also, I/We are growing up, being more mature and need some breathing space, also not having a Boyfriend/Girlfriend could mess up a social status or relationships with friends. i think, yes, we should.

well when i was 11, i was dating someone, but if you are very shy like me, it is very difficult to talk to each other. We broke up in the summer cuz we never talked. but if u r social, its fine.
