I don't know how common it is for a female babysitter to bathe a teenage boy, but I know it does occur. I have a close friend that used to babysit and when she was 17 she was asked to bathe a 13 yo boy that she had been sitting for. She bathed him more than once. I have bathed boys that I sat for as old as 9.

Yes. It is usual. My mother used to bath my older brother till 16 or 17 years old, mainly because he suffered of phymosis ( uncircumcised penis ) and needed a very good cleaning of his foreskin. When she couldn't do it, that job was done by a female babysitter, who took care of us.
