Absolutely not. Some people are naturally thin and think that being "bigger" would be a nice change. I'm 15, and my girlfriend is someone who finds someone who is heavier attractive. (She claims there's "more to love".) I love her and often fantasize about being big for her, as well as saying that I would love to be big. Even though you should love yourself, there's nothing wrong with wanting to have a little "something extra".

However, you should take into consideration that it can damage your health permanently, but if you love food and have always found eating/being fat pleasing to think about or even sexually arousing (like for my girlfriend), then go for it! Just make sure to gain your weight in a healthy and non-damaging way. Good luck!
