One view- No it is not alright. The age difference is too much. A 17 year old is too mature and will probably want to engage in sexual contact while the 13 year old is too young and inexperienced to be in a relationship of that matter.

Another view- Exactly. Also, adults (18 and above) are not allowed to relate with teens. As soon as he's eighteen, its wrong. Not that it isn't wrong in the first place because it is.

Another view- If they are in love then it's possible. You can't split up true love. Sooner or later if they really love each other they will start sneaking out of the house or finding a way to get together. I have a friend who is 46 and has a husband that is 65. They have been married for 26 years. The truth is, true love will always find its way back. But, if it's just a "thing" that the teens do then no.

Another view- They can but it's not wise and in some states illegal.

Another view - No, they cant date each other. They can get weird sickness, and die from it if they get to involved with each other.
