No. I do not think there is a cheat. But, your Sims should be a young adult to get married. Teens can fall in love but not get married. To get married make your Sim fall in love with another Sim. Do Romantic stuff. First get make your Sim confess attraction. Kiss,hold hands, flirt etc. Then click Propose going steady then your Sim is engaged! Do more romantic stuff then click have pirvate wedding or have a party and get married at the party!
