MENTAL EMOTION is normal emotions such as crying, mourning over the death of someone you love, etc., reacting to any trauma in your life. Happy enough to cry for yourself or others or sadness. PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSE is when someone is calling you names and demeaning you taking away your reason and making you doubt yourself and your confidence level drops to bull-low. Acts of anger or name calling are emotions, but not normal ones.
