I have the same problem, but what i would suggest is that, don't break his heart, because he obviously really likes you, that's why he's being annoying, so you notice him, but if he's like naturally annoying and you don't like it, you should just wait until he says something, because if YOU do then he'll just lie and "think" your an idiot for thinking like that, don't make things akward, and notice him a little if he's doing it because he likes you, because then he will change over time, don't completely blank him. But if he's naturally annoying, then that's when you just wait. And live your life the way you want to, don't let him get in your way.
