This varies hugely from person to person and can be things like presenting to large groups, time management, stress management.

In a job interview, if you mention a weakness, such as presentation skills, say why it is a weakness for you, but go on to say what you are doing about improving in this area, for example researching presentation techniques or attending training sessions on presentations skills, or simply practicing giving presentations.
