How long is a section of rope? Not knowing the fifth graders ability or what they are reading makes it almost impossible to answer this question. One fifth grader might find it really hard to answer a simple vocabulary question, while another may find it easy to create a comparative study on how the main character life in their graphic novel relates to the founding of our nation.
The real journey here is in finding the level of the reader to begin with.
To start take a close look at the state reading standards for your state in reading then slowly start asking questions based upon the specific strategies stated in the standards to help determine a level of competency. You might also want to take a look at the First Steps reading program geared towards a never ending life long quest to become a competent reader.
Good luck.
my school had 5th graders dancing but some weren't dancing so maybe.

Yes,5th graders can get good grades. All you have to do is work hard and study. Plus, if you remember stuff for tests, hopefully you'll get a good grade. 
At the girls house
I don't know the answer!!!!!!
No. 5th graders are dumber than third graders because 5th graders could kill everybody riding the bus. Because they sing annoying songs all the time ( which could Descartes the bus driver.)

Well the pros are that now they can experience a lot of the things that they need to experience so that they can be ready for the rest of middle school, but the cons are that they probably won't be mature enough to really handle some of the changes. If they don't let sixth graders do some of the things at middle schools, they definitely won't be letting the fifth graders do it. They probably won't let them, or will split it and make 2 middle schools. one for 5th and 6th, and one for 7th and 8th. 5th graders in my opinion though, probably can't handle middle school when they are still 5th graders.
