To not have more children then you can provide for. If you have more kids when you are already on welfare having other people pay for it don't have more kids. Don't have children you don't want because you will probably not be a very good parent to them. There is no reason a woman would have to die earlier in life because she was forced to have more children than she wanted or could survive having. Women are not baby machines and just because you can does mean you have to. Sadly that happens in parts of the world.
One moral aspect (there are others) is that we shouldn't have more children than can be reasonably maintained.
Getting pregnant when you choose to and is ready for it is the moral family planning is based on. Not just not getting pregnant.
