It all depends on the girl. I base my makeup around eye and hair color combo. always start with a highlighting color at the inner top and bottom corner of the lid. This includes whites and cream colors. Then, choose a main color, weather it be for eye color or matching your outfit. take the color from 1/3 of your whole eyelid away from inner corner and lightly stroke it on past the outer corner. (pink is good for hazel eyes, blue and green for blue and brown eyes. Green and hazel also look good with brown liner and shadow.) Then take a black, dark brown or green; a shading color really, and do 1/3 of the lid, ending at the outer corner or following against chosen color. if you apply a skin tone concealer to lid before applying color, it won't crease.
