In a very formal letter: Miss A. Black

In a very formal meeting: Miss Black

When introducing her at a very formal affair: Miss Amelia Black (in cases where her family members know the person you are introducing her to, add "daughter of Senator and Mrs. Charles Black")

Once you have been formally introduced and she has given you permission, you may call her by her given name: Amelia, however it is inappropriate to call her by an nick-name or diminutive: Amy or Snookie.
