When referring to her you would call her your Sister-in-Law.
ie. "I have yet to meet my new sister-in-law."
When speaking to her you should address her by her first or given name.
ie. "Hello Carol, so nice to meet you."

The English language has no special name for a nephew's wife and does not consider you to be related to you. You would simply call her "my nephew's wife."
