What do you do when a boy likes you and you don't like him back?

The first thing to do is really think about your feelings about him. You may never have this chance again if you change your mind. After being positive that you do not like him in that way, let him down gently. Say that he's a great person, but you are great friends and you don't want to ruin that. Tell him that he deserves someone that returns his feelings and that you are sorry.

-learn to like him

-tell him u don't feel the same way

-go out with someone else so he can get over u!

When a guy likes you, but you don't like him, you don't really have to say anything -- well, if you're not that close with him and it doesn't make you uncomfortable. He might not have told you anything so you don't have to say anything to him. If you choose to do so, though, you can say something like, "____ (their name), I've noticed you ____ (whatever they use to show that they like you) and I would like to say that I don't really like you in that way. Sorry." That might not be a safe choice because you aren't for sure that he likes you. If he did tell you that he likes you, you can say something like, "I'm sorry, but I don't have feelings for you in that way. But were still buds, right?" Well, you need to kindly express your disinterest in him. Telling him directly is probably not the best way, but you should basically give him the cold shoulder. Once he realizes that you have no interest in him, he'll give up.

^Agreed. But, you honestly need to think about your feelings towards him. Say you thought he was gay but then he ended up NOT being gay and he liked you - a lot, for a long time - but you didn't like him that way at alll because you thought you were like in love some other guy. Then school ends and you and this other guy go out but then after almost a month he dumps you over something stupid and you are heartbroken. Make sure you make it clear to him you don't like him and don't lead him on. A simple "Sorry, I don't feel that way about you." should be sufficient if he asks you out. Make sure you aren't flirting accidently with him and don't give him any reason to think he has a chance. I hate when girls reject guys and then flirt with them. No reason to give the poor boy hope! If this boy is super persistent about it, start ignoring it. If he keeps bothering you, report him. This could be considered sexual harrassment and you shouldn't have to put up with it. But at first, be kind but firm. No reason to get mad at a guy for having good taste :)
