What do you do when you been with a person for six years have two children he have broken my heart so many times known im not in love with him it hurts more to feel that way he dont know how i feel?

rule one in a relationship is communication. If he doesnt kno how you feel how can he kno whether or not to change or how can you know whether or not he can make you happy? If love isn't present its hurt staying in the relationship. But before you make any decision a talk is needed.

i have told him many times befor i was falling out of love and he never changed i have been feeling this way for 3 years it's hurts because i am a loving person and i cant feel any thing when we touch we were so good together but then he was cheating known he not and i cant feel love no more at all

How does he feel? is he still in love with you. Does he care about your relationship or how this could affect it? What do you want. To keep trying to work it out or do u feel that its a lost cause. Somthing u need to think about. You have a family together but without happiness is juss a life of lies and pain.
