Politely ask if she/he is doing anything at said time and date. if she/he says no ask them if they would like to go to said place. if they say yes then you've got a date where you need to be yourself. If they say yes there doing something pick another date until she/he will be available if you have a feeling there saying yes because they don't want to go out with you, that's their loss. if you find the right time ask the second question if they say no again their loss, move on. if they say yes you've got a date.
