Personally, I would speak to my boyfriend as I am sure that he would understand. If he would get angry, he isn't the right guy for you. If you don't want to talk about it with him, just think. You and your ex don't match and shouldn't be together. You need to start a fresh and just be friends. Go out for a meal with your boyfriend to start to know him better and to block out the feelings for your ex.
If you think that you still love your ex...speak to him. If he doesnt feel the same way, spend a few days apart until you realise what your feelings really are...
