What do you say when asking your girlfriend out?

Figure out what he likes to do & then invite him to do one of his hobbies with you. For example, if he likes music or a local band, take him to a show. If he likes exercise, go jogging with him one morning. If all else fails, invite him to the movie theatre! Good luck.

Are they asking you out on a date, or are they asking you to be their girlfriend? If you like the person, you would obviously say yes but I assume you don't. If you don't, you have to be honest and blunt about the fact that you would just want to remain friends with them. Even though it is hard, if you don't you will have to deal with them still thinking they have a chance, and that is just cruel. If you guys are friends, this may take a turn in your relationship so just give it a little time, but time does heal pain and eventually you guys will be able to be friends again.
