Yes, you should be worried. Not that your husband's relationship is necessary one that is close and of sexual nature. The reason for your worry should be your concern of what is lacking in your relationship. Certainly no man who is fulfilled in his marriage, both sexually and with you as his best friend, would engage in outside interests. Of course, I am aware that some men's interests are of such overwhelming sexual nature that to them it is endemic to engage in continuous sexual excapades. Ask him "what is lacking in our marriage?"
