There are three scenarios.

One: Your boyfriend is insecure in his relationship with you, and he is repeatedly asking because he suspects he might not be good enough to your standard and you are looking for something else in another relationship. Try talking to him to let him know that he is what you're looking for in a guy, if that is the case.

Two: He is looking for every possible out. He might be wanting to, or already is looking for something else in with another person. Though you might want to avoid it, talking to him is the only was you'll find out anything without resorting to stealthful spying or blatant trickery.

Either way, the only way you will get to the bottom of this is if you sit down and talk with him about the situation.

Here is another point of view maybe she is insecure with her self and flirts or is in voled with other men that she Tris to keep from him, so when these thing come up it puts dept in his head an makes him feel like she not really committed to the relationship. and i realize that someone can have had bad relationship and they both should be able to talk openly about this and not let it get out of control possible
