that you are repulsed by the idea of not only the other person, but also yourself being with any other person. if the idea of him/her kissing someone else doesnt just make you mad, but makes your skin crawl, then you know that you truly care. when people get angry at the thought of being cheated on, its mostly because theyre worrying about what people will say. its like protecting property. but if the idea of him/her cheating on you is truly upsetting and bizarre, you know its love. that's a simple fact of nature. if you couldn't bring yourself to have sex with bradpitt/jenniferaniston/danielradcliffe etc, you know that your relationship will work.
