This is so cute. "I like your shoes" is the oldest most played out pickup line in the book. If he asks where you live, he genuinely cares about you as a person (you wouldn't believe how hard that is to find in a guy). Sounds like he really likes you! He just has no idea how to act. That is SO adorable that he said "I like your shoes" though, it means he doesn't know what to do but he's really trying hard.

It means that he likes you, but he doesn't know how to share his feelings with you. He wants you to become really good freinds with him. Ususally when a guy likes you, he will stare at you, but sometimes he think's your not watching. If he starts to get annyoing, the best thing to do is talk to him. Talk to him at a place where you feel comfortable. It will be hard to comfront him, but you have to be strong. Tell him this if you desire: Umm, I just want to know if you like me? Sometimes you stare at me and I just feel akward sometimes. I was scared to tell you this, but I hope you understand.
