What does it mean when a guys says he doesn't like you but he acts like he does and gives you hints that he does?

Well, it depends on how he is showing that he likes you. He could just really dig you as a good friend. He might not want to ruin your friendship, or he could be embarressed. Just ignore his two sided behavior, and he'll come around. Especially if there is another guy in the picture, flirt a little and see his reaction. Of course if you're old enough to carry on this behavior.

Im Right There With You. Theres this guy and ik he likes me because he shows he does when he is around. but he dosent talk to me, i used to think it was because he didnt like me. so one day i asked him. he told me he wasnt sure of what he wanted. and i asked him why he wasnt talking to me, and he told me that its because he is unsure of what to talk about because any conversation can lead to a "relationship" conversation. And he just isn't ready for a relationship. So im giving my guy a little more time to get to know me, and he is starting to talk to me. Dont give him the silent treatment or the cold sholder because one day he will move on thinking that you don't like him at all.
