Probably nothing. Some people, usually women, use the term Dear with anybody. I've had waitresses and store clerks use it. It is just the way they were raised. Southern United States it is very common. That and Honey. I think both are a little personal, but it's no big deal. It is just them being friendly instead of using Sir, Ma'am, or Miss. Also, they may have forgot your name and that covers them.
The British tend to use 'pet' in much the same way as we would use 'honey' or 'dear.' It can be condescending, or it could be just a quick way to refer to someone.
When someone calls you a silly biscuit it just means they are calling you fat and funny
Just that - incoming calls. When someone calls your mobile phone number, this also eats up your 'anytime' minutes during peak use times.

Pay your bill.
it can yes, but it depends on her tone of voice if she's just joking or if she's like for real.
just ignore them, but if it starts to get hurtful and really bad, tell someone.
Well, isn't that just lovely? When someone calls you a dear friend, it means they hold you close to their heart and value your friendship deeply. It's a warm and caring way of expressing the special bond you share, like a happy little tree in the garden of life.
Just say thank you for the compliment.
The word is spelled acquainted, just as you spelled it.
"Dear Doctor Mayor," or "Dear Mayor Doc." or just Dear Doctor since someone would most likely call him a Doc. or simply Mr. Mayor. Be creative!
