Well, you could either be a very sensitive person or if this problem has only started occurring more recently you could be depressed about something. If you're just sensitive nothing is wrong with you, you're just more in tune with your emotions than other people! Try taking a deep breath, or focus on something else for a few minutes. If, however, this only started recently and you have no idea why you are crying over the things you cry about now, this could lead to a very different problem. Maybe you've had some recent trauma in your life that you're not quite over yet. If its becoming a problem, please talk to someone who can help!!
