As a guy myself, i'd say that if it's the first time he's met your sister then he might just like her personality and is nothing to worry about. If he has been talking to you sister more for a while (2 weeks+) then he must like her, as he's not talking to you more. I think that if he keeps doing this then he isn't a good guy and he isn't good enough for you.
