What does tootles peterpans lost boy look like?

tootles is the youngest lost boy and is supposed to be silly..he wears an orange vest that is supposed to be made of yak with four different gold buttons, a white dress shirt under it, and brown pants that are kinda like capris and look like patato sacks except much darker.. i recently played tootles in my high school production and we had professionally made costumes. that is pretty much what my costume looked like.
(for shoes, if you are a girl, wear chestnut uggs if you have and roll them all the way down to your foot that's what i did. if you are a guy, you can wear sandals, one dirty sock and on barefoot, or you could switch two different socks with somebody else in the cast or you could do something like that)
