Take it from a girl who RIGHT NOW is upset with her boyfriend. If you ask her how she is and she says "fine" shes probably bullshitting you, (my bf knows that one but hasn't learnt this one) if she then says no really im "ok" OKAY DOESN'T MAKE HER HAPPY. These are just push away answers. I personally get very quite and shy and i wont make eye contact very much at all and i DON'T shoot evil looks unless I'm mad at them. also my body language is very closed (turned away from, sometimes i bite my lip, i fidget, ect) but sometimes it can be resolved very easily.

Girls get mad. Everyone gets mad at one time or another. So you could leave her alone for a few days, and see what happens, or if it was a mistake that you made, do something to make it up to her. Write her a love poem, buy her a flower or some chocolate, do something romantic! Make her feel like you really do care about her, and talk it over to see what the matter was, and if there is something you can do to fix the problem, then fix it!
