I'd say that it depends on what you want. You either want both of your friends, and want to keep them, or you want more with your best friend and cant have it so you leave both of your friends. But Im not telling you what to do, its all up to you. =]

I would tell her you love her. Say to her that you understand she has feelings for your friend but you also have feelings for her. It could go either way, she may say that she still loves your friend but thinks you are a really nice boy, or say that she actually really likes you. You will never know if you don't try.

I agree with the above answer. I've known people in this situation, and if you feel that she is abusing your friendship (abuse can mean many things) then she's not worth the pain...is she?

Go out?

It depends on wether you are both boys both girls or boy and girl.

I suggest that if you are boy and girl (If you both are really in love with each other) Then yes the proper thing would be to just go out.

Although if you are both boys that would be a gay thing to do. So I suggest to find a neat girl and ask her out and stop thinking about how much you love your best friend and think of yourself as taken. So hopefully you will not be tempted to go out. If you are both Girls I suggest the same thing only go out with a guy not a girl

Even if you're both the same sex, it shouldn't matter. You two should be able to be in love, and people can't go and try to force you two to not be in love! That's like grabbing a boyfriend and a girlfriend, picking them up, and throwing them away from eachother and kidnapping them just because they like eachother.
